5.  We can’t export your data. It may be on a network drive.

Press F2 key to locate the company file in QuickBooks, after getting the location copy and move the file to original QuickBooks folder in C: Drive.

Try to access file in QuickBooks via C: Drive.

Switch to single user mode in QuickBooks file tab.

From the Company, select the option choice for Export Company file to QuickBooks Online.

 

6.  Error: Failed

While transferring data from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online you may encounter the message “Error: Failed”, as your QuickBooks is not updated.
